I am currently a second-year cadet and I work just as a fully-qualified journalist does, filling my own news section and the entertainment section on a weekly deadline.
I have just one more year before completing a double degree in Mass Communications and Film and Video, which I’m doing externally in a part-time capacity.
I am a confident speaker and interviewer both over the phone and in person and am a skilled photographer. I work well in a team environment and can also work independently if need be.
My aim with every story is to come from a fresh angle and see the star of my story answering the questions readers haven’t heard yet so I can produce informed and interesting articles for readers.
I’m finally getting to get some work done on my CV!
